I'm pleased to announce that the pattern for Fruition is now available for purchase at the Chopped Tomatoes Etsy shop & Ravelry!

PATTERN DESCRIPTION

Fruition is a contemporary lace glove pattern that is worked in two yarns of contrasting colour and texture. The sheen from the smoother main colour shows off a simple lace pattern while the matt, contrast yarn lends homogeneity to the piece. From the start I had set out to create a modern lace glove that would lend itself to an evening dress or a pair of jeans; by combining colours and textures, classic lace panels and stocking stitch, and by incorporating 3D elements to the design in the form of a picot fold at the knuckle, an avant-garde piece was born that is sure to turn some heads!

SIZE

To fit average woman’s hands 16-19cm circumference. Pattern allows for stretching without compromising design.
